As Managing Director of Nettur Technical Training Foundation, Dr. Reguraj has redefined what skill development can achieve empowering youth, building careers, and setting world-class standards in industry-ready training programs.
Dr. Reguraj earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Guindy Engineering College, Chennai one of India’s most prestigious institutions for technical education.
His educational foundation laid to the cornerstone for a lifelong mission to merge technology, education, and employability, inspiring the next generation of skilled professionals.
Dr. Reguraj contributed to various government bodies focused on advancing India’s technical education ecosystem. From advising national bodies to leading global collaborations, as a chairman, director, and trustee his influence continues to shape the country’s approach to skill development and industrial excellence.
As the managing director of NTTF, Dr. Reguraj has evolved NTTF into a multi-location, multi-disciplinary organization with thirteen centers across India and graduates serving as ambassadors globally. His leadership journey, which began at TANSI in 1963 and continued at NTTF from 1967, has been marked by innovation, inclusion, and impact.
He introduced the “Learn and Earn” model, a groundbreaking vocational education approach that merges practical experience with academic learning empowering thousands of trainees to gain financial independence while learning real skills.
